 Jim has over 20 years of experience in the structural engineering design and construction industry.  Over these years, Jim has added value to each and every project through innovative thinking, time proven techniques, along with state-of-the-art technology.  His approach is to provide individual attention to each project's personal uniqueness.  While projects are similar in nature or material, each project has its own special character.  Jim recognizes these qualities and adjusts the structural design for the benefit of each project.  He will provide structural solutions and options early in the design stages, which will incorporate requirements by owner, architect, and other design team members.  This will allow the project to be constructed with the most efficient and cost effective structural system.
